As the Managing Attorney of T. M. Johnson Law Firm, LLC, Tamika is dedicated to helping individuals and families protect their assets, provide for their loved ones, and create lasting legacies.
A proud graduate of The University of Georgia (UGA), Tamika earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree before continuing her legal education at Southern University Law Center (SULC), where she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Her education, combined with more than two decades of practical legal and law firm management experience, has shaped her commitment to providing knowledgeable, accessible, and client-centered legal services.
Tamika’s estate planning practice focuses on Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives for Health Care, Deeds, probate-avoidance strategies, and other comprehensive estate planning matters. She guides clients through the planning process with clarity, compassion, and a highly personalized approach.

In addition to her law practice, Tamika is the Founder of Legacy Law Firm Lab, a coaching and professional development program designed to help attorneys and other legal professionals who are new to estate planning build, manage, and grow successful estate planning practices. With an emphasis on practice management, Tamika draws upon more than two decades of experience as an attorney and law firm owner to provide practical guidance on developing efficient systems and workflows, managing the client experience, selecting and utilizing legal technology, marketing and business development, conducting consultations and design meetings, implementing estate planning services, and creating a practice positioned for sustainable growth.
Through Legacy Law Firm Lab, Tamika is passionate about helping legal professionals move beyond simply learning how to prepare estate planning documents to understanding how to build and operate the business behind a successful estate planning practice.
Education and outreach are also important parts of Tamika’s work. She regularly presents estate planning workshops to community organizations and professional groups and speaks to fellow attorneys about estate planning, law practice management, technology, and building more efficient legal practices. Whether educating families about protecting their legacies or helping attorneys develop their own estate planning practices, Tamika believes that knowledge provides people with the confidence to make better decisions.
